Channel Marketing Assistant Manager

Job Description

• Participate in developing channel marketing plans aligned with company objectives and the AOP.

• Execute and manage all channel marketing activities, trade initiatives, consumer activations and loyalty programs.

• Monitor, Evaluate and analyze the ROI of channel marketing activities vs. the agreed TRG.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, distributors and traders through regular business reviews and market visits.

• Manage & control channel marketing financial commitments in coordination with finance and other supported functions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and channel developments to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage the channel marketing budget to ensure optimal utilization and maximum business impact.

• Lead new product launches through effective channel activation and Route to Market (RTM) execution plans.

• Identify opportunities to improve distribution, visibility, shopper engagement and sales conversion

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and execution standards across the assigned sales channel.

• Drive customer engagement initiatives and strengthen relationships with key traders and distributors.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance to ensure effective execution of channel initiatives & activities.

• Support the development and deployment of POSM plans in coordination with the store activation team to drive market expansion and brand awareness.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Min Years of experience: 4 Years

• Training / Certificate preferred: Marketing, Data Analytics, Channel Segmentatio

• Very Good English Language Required
